I never have much of an appetite until an hour or two after I wake up, when I'll typically have a banana, some yogurt (Oikos Vanilla is the best! ) A benefit that happens to your body when you skip breakfast? I make a smoothie for breakfast. Breakfast is one of my favorite parts of the day, and if I don't eat within an hour or so of getting up I tend to get cranky. I feel like Popeye and his spinach when I get my superman breakfast. It's high fat and high calorie, but it keeps me full for hours (usually 5-6 hours, from 7:00am to lunchtime).
