Students will begin class each week with a 15 minute warm up and stretch, followed by 3 15 minute rotations on Floor, Vault, and Tumble Track. Upon finishing the evaluation, students will be sent home with their completed evaluation form with level placement. We recommend taking this class two times per week for best results — more time to work on strength and flexibility, which helps to achieve more challenging gymnastics skills. Beginner 2 Tumbling. Our Rockets level is for boys ages 7+ and focuses on strength and coordination. Gymnastics (5 to 12 Years.
