Honed Brake Booster Delete
It was really hard to brake effectively in autocross. Is this item universal? I had to completely stand on the brakes..... i'm a large dude, with very strong legs (have ridden bikes my whole life as a hobby, and am 6'2'', at the time i was over 200 lbs), and my butt was coming off the seat, etc. Did you order it with their line kit as well? I just tried eliminating the brake booster by pulling the vacuum line then plugging both the line to the intake manifold and at the brake booster. This product even works great larger sized front and rear calipers, they work perfectly fine with this setup. VII – Out of Sight Braking and Cooling via Chase Bays' Tuck Kit Combo. The key to great pedal feel and more controlled braking is a properly sized master cylinder in relation to the pedal ratio used, adjustable Bias Valve to adjust rear brake bias, and aftermarket pads for the increased clamping force this setup creates. Using a large step-bit, I was able to drill through that patch of metal and leave a pathway large enough to add the 90-degree AN fitting and still leave ample space to hold it in place during assembly. A number of complete (or at least close to complete) kits are available through various groups, and relying on a brand that had done the process time and time again and tested things thoroughly was important for me. They just change the bias from wheel to wheel/front to back, but nothing will affect the pedal feel except for changing the MC itself. After cutting the necessary pieces and test fitting the radiator to make sure it sat evenly, I went back over all of the edges with a flap disk to smooth them out. I struggled with that for a little while, and then found a 13/16 one. They leave you with portions of a full product and too much guess work. Designed to come downward, straight off the front end of the master cylinder, the line gently bends toward the firewall, hangs a right, and heads upward before its last bend into the firewall. If panic brake then error is almost certain.

The included brake pedal rod is of course adjustable to dial it in to your desired amount of play, and a new clevis pin secures it just like the factory. With the BBE you get the exact same braking every time while booster setups are inconsistent.

Went back to them last week and they cut and welded 2 one inch thread nuts into the front lip of the 5th wheel and welded tabs to the front of the slider to bolt it solid.
