The story is an emotional roller coaster from start to finish. You've got me in chains. I usually pick books from covers and if I had this one I would have just assumed was a romance. This book captured me from the beginning and went differently than I had expected, which was really refreshing for me. They certainly are flawed in their own ways. Its a good story but has some down moments. The book is so evocative and beautifully written. However for me, it's an absolute triumph with a hopeful ending that left me in floods of tears. Their connection from so long ago, so strong that Clara can't help but to constantly wonder (and social media stalk) what Benjamin is up to even though she's married to another man.
