I was a staunch supporter of "women's rights to choose" and would argue with my pro-life friends about how they were wrong and how, if abortion was not legal, women and children would either be dying from backalley procedures or children would be growing up in abusive homes.
Worse she kept judging women throughout her novel and assumed her circumstances of grief and pain were the same for other women. Noe review required. This is an honest perspective from someone who intimately knows both sides of the coin; and I particularly love Abby's sincere and kind spirit, making sure to vilify no one throughout the course of her story. Finally, I want to share with you a part of an article I read a little while back. Abby is no longer one of them. It's completely biased because she has had two! They are the same as any other business, in it for the money, and will do whatever it takes to keep their clients coming. Everybody in the book are humanized - the child in the womb, abortion workers, pro-life protesters. I don't need to discuss that here. The other clue that this is a religiously based book would be that it is generally shelved at bookstores under the religious section. I believe that God created each of us for a purpose.
