The oven yields crisp, supple flatbreads coated with savory toppings, which could include heavily spiced soujouk, a bubbly proprietary cheese blend, or za'atar, a blend of dried thyme, sesame seeds, sumac and olive oil. Chef's daily selection of meats and cheeses, accoutrements and a fresh baked baguette from Crème Bakery. The Farmers & Artisans Market debuted in 1996 and currently features over 100 farmers and artisans who appear throughout the year. Many companies also offer year-round discounts for individuals that fall into certain categories. A couple of months in advance is typically the sweet spot for achieving the best rate. I probably would have never picked this place as a destination, but after seeing what this unique city offers, I highly recommend visiting. Ambiance is fine for what it is, no complaints. The city has charming tree-lined streets filled with magnificent historic architecture, endless pubs and restaurants to enjoy, and several places to hike and bike.
