Children of Eden is easily one of the better dystopian tales I've read for several reasons, not least of which is a very interesting protagonist. He thanked the film's director Darren Aronofsky. Over all, Losing Eden is a fascinating deep dive into the various types of ways nature can help to heal us and lift us up. With all that said, you may consider me slightly biased; however, I still feel that this production, with its excellent beginning and grand ending with outstanding singing and musical score, will delight audiences unfamiliar with the true story of creation. At times, some of the studies Jones references can feel a bit thin in their reasoning and their ability to successfully create a control group to study from.
